Carbon 700c road bike 23mm wide clincher rims

So the carbon 700c road bike 23mm wide clincher rims, inner width 15.9mm.

We created 5 molds, depths: 24mm, 38mm, 50mm, 60mm, 88mm. Their weights are: 420g, 440g, 480g, 530g and 645g, with +/-20g tolerance.

Like the mtb clincher rims, we enhanced the titanium wire on these carbon road bike clincher rims as well, to make these rims stronger, better impact resistant. And it helps to keep the bike wheel in one piece in case an accident happened, to keep the rider is safe.

PMI inside to make sure the clincher constructure is in good triangle shape, so the rim is light weight but strong!

160 degree resin and basalt brake surface, so it's good heat resistance during hard braking or downhill journey.

Enough space for the nipple head, make sure it can load more than 350kgf, strong enough for a last spurt, or evern you go jumps.


Max rider weight 85kgs for 24mm deep rim, 100kgs for the other depths rim.

Minimum tire pressure 90psi, maximum tire pressure 125psi.


One size different between the clincher and tubular rims is the lowest profile rim, clincher rim is 24mm deep, tubular rim is 20mm deep. It's not ideal for a clincher rim in 20mm deep, so we increased by 4mm depth for a better rim performance.
