Warranty Policy

Warranty Policy:
Carbonal
conducts very strict quality controls prior to shipping to our
customers worldwide. We stand behind our products with the following
warranty:
1. Carbonal warrants its carbon rim (January 1, 2018 onwards) products to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 5 years after original date of purchase. This warranty only applies to the
original owner and is not transferable. Valid proof of purchase,
pictures of the defect and the product serial number is required for a
warranty claim. Please retain your proof of purchase for any future
warranty claims.
2. If any manufacturing defect occurs within
45 days, Carbonal is obligated to replace the product and also pay for
the shipping cost. If any manufacturing defect occurs within 46 days to
60 months, Carbonal is obligated to replace the products. The customer
would be responsible for the shipping cost.
This warranty does not cover:
1. Normal wear and tear;
2. Any damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, or any other fractious reasons;
3. Improper assembly, maintenance, or maintenance by an unauthorized technician.
Crash Replacement Policy:
We understand that accidents and damage can happen (no matter if the damage was your own fault or not), if in case of bad
luck, Carbonal supports you by offering replacement product with 15%
discount price of products for up to 2 years after your original purchase. The customer would be responsible for the shipping cost.
