Many customers ask about the process of OEM/ODM item, here we make a simple process introduction, so that you can understand the process of your own carbon bike rim mold quickly.


1. Business counseling. We always like to collect extensive opinions for ideas & enquiries from customers when start a new project, well begun is half done.


2. Development & design. Suggest for development of project to customers, we have 20 structural and composite engineers can provide the most professional advice, CAD drawing and design.


3. Contract. Creation of a contract with customers.


4. Production of rim sample, test.


5. Confirmation of rim sample.


6. Production. Produce the carbon bicycle rims in accordance with contractual quantity.


7. Quality control. We conducts three separate quality controls prior to shipping to customers, and do 100% inspection before shipment.


8. Delivery. Ship by express, by air, by sea.


9. Completion. OEM / ODM project completion.
