Increase interval training
You can continue to ride for an hour of endurance training (boring). You can also divide an hour into many small parts, like the following strength training:
-Warm up for 10 minutes
-High intensity cycling for 5 minutes
-Full output for 30 seconds
-Just step on it to recover for 1 minute
-Intermittent 8 times below the cycle (maintain the same intensity for 8 times)
-High intensity cycling for 5 minutes
-Repeat 8 times for 30 seconds with full output + 1 minute recovery
-Chill for 15 minutes
