What do you bring when you go out to ride a bike?
If it's just a short distance, you may not need to take anything. What if it's a long ride?
You need to prepare below five things before riding.
1. Water and food.
It's best to bring some energy bar, energy chews, and of course, water that keeps you hydrated.
2. Tyre repair kit.
If you have a flat tire and don't want to be stuck on the side of the road or call you friends, then you need to carry a tire kit.
3. Headlight.
Even during the day, I can't ride out if there is no headlight ;-)
4. Warm clothing.
You'd better take a vest, arm cover or rainproof jacket.
5. Cash and cell phones.
Finally, don't forget to wear your helmet.
